Grass Clippings Rolling Hills sits in the heart of Phoenix Metro. In 1960, Milton Coggins and company designed the front nine. Twenty seven years later in 1987, Gary Panks, an Arizona native, designed the back nine. The course remains as 1 of 3 public golf courses in Tempe. Its importance cannot be overstated.
